TUTORIAL~ how to make a blog header in Picnik

Yes, that's right, and it's easy as can be!  Keep reading to see how I made this:
There are a few different ways to make a header... plain background, a picture as a background, or a pattern as the background. I'm going to show you how to make the patterned background today... but if you want to know how to make the others just email me.

The first step is to upload your pattern.  I usually find my prints/patterns on pinterest or spoonflower {I just snip them out of there... }
Crop your pattern {evenly} to a good header size. I always make mine 1200 in length and whatever in height.
Go to stickers and grab a rectangle like this:
I like the look of 2 layers and an outline... but you could do whatever. :)
Add your text...
save it and upload it as your header on your blog :) How awesome and easy!
If you need any help with this just let me know...
If you can't figure it out... I'd love to design you a custom header... send me an email :)

So that's how you do it! I've been wondering how they look so fancy! I usually use apps on my ipod. Oh, and I'll probably send your package in a week... Sorry, I'm so slow. :( But I can't wait for you to get it! It's as good as when I get a gift myself (well, almost). (o^__^ )o

of course I would LOVE to guest post! I've been hoping you'd ask for a while but felt it was too soon to ask you again. :p anyways, I'll try to think of something soon. you can guest post on my blog too, as I’m lagging on posting… :) maybe i'll do another sewing post, or maybe something else... (guess it tells you how much i'm on the computer... it's not even noon yet. when i wake up usually the first thing i check are blog comments, haha, i'm obsessed...) oh, and I made a new header with your tutorial. I haven’t put it up yet, though, because I still am in love with my old one.

Since you check comments every 5 minutes, let's see if you get this one, since I just got your comment at 12:30! Assuming you're still online, (and I'm guessing you are) that is. Yes they feel like jello. And yes, I too desperately check my emails and get frustrated if no one sends anything (not that you're desperate, lol)

so excited to try this - but I just uploaded a print from spoon flower and it will only let me do the 300x300 dimensions? How did you get it to 1200?
Thanks@!
