TUTORIAL - Lace Sunglasses

I am cheap. I won't pay more than 1$ for my sunglasses. But hey, they work! They do lack a little 'oomph' though, so I got my Dollar Tree sunglasses and transformed them from bland to fancy with just lace scraps and modgepodge!

Supplies: ModPodge, sunglasses, lace scraps, paint brush, scissors and sand paper.
1. Paint MP on one side rather thickly.
2. Put the lace on top of it and then paint down with more MP.
3. Repeat on both sides and then let dry. Cut off around the edges with scissors as well as you can.
4. Use your sandpaper and smooth the edges if needed. Thick coat ModPodge over the whole thing.

lol, that was a total fail. I couldn't get any good side pictures and the one OK one I got had all of the junk in my room in the background to I had to cover it up in like 30 seconds because we were going somewhere... so yeah... sorry. My face doesn't really look that weird...

Thanks for reading!
Alyssa

Very nice... I wish I could find glasses like that at the dollar store... And yes, that's quite creepy. Do be careful, will you? ;)

Try unscrewing the sides, lay lace over, tape in place, spray paint.
