Recipe: Double Chocolate Cherry Cookies

A.K.A. best cookies ever. Super Easy recipe too! I'm not sure where we got this recipe... it could be a family recipe or something we found online years ago. These are my favorite cookies, you HAVE to give them a try...

Double Chocolate Cherry Cookies

1 1/2 cups flour

3/4 cup Cocoa

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 stick Butter room temp/softened

3/4 cup Sugar

3/4 cup Brown Sugar

1 large Egg

1 tsp Vanilla

1/2 cup Dry Red Wine (grape juice works too...)

7-10 oz. Dark Chocolate Chunks

1 cup Dried Tart Cherries

Beat the sugars and butter together; add egg, vanilla, and wine. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add dry and combine just until combined. Grease a cookie sheet and place cookie dough 2 inches apart. Bake on 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
