One day I had a sudden craving for kettle corn... mmm. That lovely taste that simply makes me think of fall, festivals, and the local annual Shakespeare Play. :) We buy two HUGE bags full each year... usually lasts our family about two days :P So I looked up a recipe and my mom made some... so delish! Even better than the kind at fairs!
