so. sorry for excuses. i feel bad, but honestly i've had SO much other stuff going on. i haven't even checked stats in 2 days. and i usually check them like 5x a day. haha if that proves a point....

so. i was talking to a friend of mine today and this is what he said: "yea but you see girls are like volcanoes. They errupt without warning, they do it every month, and when they do, all hell breaks loose ;)"
i'm sorry but that is just pretty awesomely funny. sooo... me being awesome i made it into a picture quote:
{anyways that conversation was odd. i told him about a dream i had last night that my mom had a baby and my 4 year old brother named him helicopter which made me mad. so then we were thinking up nicknames i could've called it and we came across 'hell child' {helicopter>heli>hell>hell child>devil>satan} clearly i didn't like this kid. but please don't be angered or judge me... this was a weird dream ok?!?! and so then i said well did he think it was a girl or boy and he said girl because of that reason. haha i love him ;p}
so i found on pinterest that if you use a cotton swab to put hydrogen peroxide on your teeth once daily for two weeks you'll get white teeth. so far... it's working. :)
this summer i'm probably going to go on a hiking trip with my dad and some other Father/Daughters my age from the boyscout group. i'm pretty excited yet freaked. 3 days. Freeze dried food only. Sleeping in tents. No showers. Haha we'll see how it goes. And i have to carry a backpack. Upsides? It's an adventure. I get to be with Sophie most likely. I'll bring my camera and get a flippin ton of great shots {please last me, dear camera battery!!!}. no electronics. :D NATURE!

on the topic of my love life... oh what's that? i don't have one? oops. you're right i don't... haha
anywayssss... (i'm writing this really late at night. i get super wired really late... so be aware that that is why i'm being such a spaz right now :) so i used to watch pokemon ALL the time. i mean i have a big brother so i just did whatever he did. So i have an addiction to all things pokemon ;)

randomness of the day...
life has been crazy. so here's a ton of randomness to fill in my blogging gap, considering i have nothing at all to post :)
random thing #1: i love the blog A Beautiful Mess. it's lovely and i'm so jealous of Elsie's closet :)
random thing #2: i just signed up for bloglovin. So now if you have a bloglovin account, why don't you follow me?
random thing #3: we're having a family day today! gonna go bowling... in my ugly sweater *see RT #4*
random thing #4: we went to Salvation Army yesterday to get one thing, we left with a bag full of 49 cent clothes. i've been searching for an ugly sweater for a while {don't ask... i don't have an answer} and i found one that satisfies my need until i find a better one. plus it was only 50 cents, so i'm happy with it.
random thing #5: i have a lot of clothes re-fashions coming. be prepared {for either A) some awesomeness or B) some epic fails.} either way it only cost 50 cents :)
random thing #6: i had a retreat at Church yesterday... it was wonderful. i went in there thinking it'd be lame and left crying because it was so great. sounds stupid but i think i'll write a post about it...
random thing #7: school's getting REALLY boring already. ugh.
random thing #8: picnik is closing. i'm going to CRYYYYY!!!! check it:
but hey, we get free premium for a few months ;) and i think it'll still be 'alive' just in google+. it better not disappear....
random thing #9: i'm STILL in my non-creative rut. kinda sick of it.
random thing #10: i'm working on a sort-of 'line' for my etsy shop. *hint* it has to do with adorable felt bows. and lots of them :) will someone PLEASEEE buy something from my shop? :) i'll love you forever and a day!!!
random thing #11: Caroline and I are FINALLY going to go out for a hotchocolate together on Friday. I'm so excited to see her again and brainstorm together :)

random thing #13: i haven't gotten to see any of my friends for AGES. stupid school.
random thing #13: we better OWN this volleyball tourney on Saturday. i'm not going home all :( again ;)

Advice Needed!
So I've been wanting to dye my hair for a long time. And I've always wanted auburn hair. So over the past months I've been looking into semi-permanent auburn hair dye. It's supposedly really easy to do, it washes out in 28 washes, and auburn shouldn't be that big of a jump for me. I don't want like mad RED! I just want slightly red/orange tinted brown hair. Keep reading because i need your help!!

New Years Resolutions... the old and the new
Last year I made a list of New Years Resolutions. One was 'to-do' and one was 'to-make'. i actually didn't do that bad... but i didn't do everything! If i did it it'll be blue :) Here's last years list:

- Completely make over my room. Paint my furniture. Go crazy ;)
- A flippin ton more but we'll see how i do with these easy ones first!
- Be a good example for everyone I know
- To keep being strong
- To be there for my friends, all the time.
- To work out at least once a week once club volleyball season ends
- To be optimistic about everything.
- Always smile :)
- Grow closer to God. Spend more time praying
- Forgive and forget mistakes and cruel things done to me.
- To stand up for what's right and for what i believe in.
- Get at least 700 followers by 2013. that would be amazing. I think that's a little ambitious though!
- To work on my Etsy more and sell a few more things
- Have my blog start paying me a little bit... {sponsors etc}
- Keep my desk and room clean!
- Always do the little things {putting the dishes away etc} when I'm not asked to.
- Grow closer to my family and friends.
- Craft like crazy and be inspired again!
- Learn photoshop elements 8 :)
- Go do something absolutely ridiculous w/ my friends
- My biggest goal: To help the homeless and less fortunate. To start a group of inspiring teens to get out there and kick the lack of money's butt. :)
- To keep being me and not care what the world thinks
- To do a few outfit & makeup posts this year :D I wanna expand my blog's output some more!
- And again... a lot more but we'll stick w/ that for now. and finally
- TO ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING, even when it's hard.

Absolutely Divine & Absolutely Easy Peach Crunch Cake
It will make you gain a few pounds guaranteed. You'll probably eat it all in a day by yourself. I ate 1/2 the pan in an hour :)
Today I made this delicious beast using Bakerella's recipe. it's so easy and so scrumptious {ha that word reminds me of Alice in Wonderland for some reason...} I think I'm going to die.
Ok, well mine doesn't look quite as good as theirs...
But i'm sure it tastes just as good... probably even better :D
